Every bracelet from Posh Stone Jewelry is carefully assembled from natural gemstones and precious metals. We stand behind the quality of our work and want every customer to feel confident in their purchase.

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

- Be unworn and unused
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Be in the same condition in which it was received
- Include proof of purchase or order confirmation
Because our jewelry is carefully assembled by hand using natural gemstones and precious metals, we ask that all returned items remain in pristine condition.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different bracelet, the fastest option is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
